Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including the size, key, materials and what is in the box. Product photos are for illustration; slight variation in colour, packaging and included accessories can occur between production runs.
Sizes are the supplier's guidance for an average hand, not a fitting. Our gloves are general purpose work gloves with no tested cut, puncture, heat, chemical, flame, welding or electrical rating. You are responsible for choosing gloves that suit the hazards of your task and for following our care instructions.
Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD, $) and are the full price you pay at checkout; no sales tax is added. Orders ship from our warehouse in Thailand. Any US import duty or taxes charged when your parcel arrives are paid by you, the customer, and are not included in our prices or delivery charge. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
