Disclaimer
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Disclaimer applies to the website cowboygloves.net, operated by Cowboy Gloves Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site you accept the terms below. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
General information only
The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our gloves as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material, so the shade and grain vary a little from pair to pair, and colors can look different on different screens. Small differences between an image and the gloves you receive are normal. Materials and measurements shown are the details published by the supplier.
Sizing guidance and safe use
The size chart is the supplier's guidance for an average hand, so check your own palm measurement before you order. These are general purpose work gloves. They have no tested cut, puncture, heat, chemical, flame, welding or electrical rating and must not be used where a rated safety glove is required. Check the hazards of your task before you start. Nothing on this site is safety or occupational advice.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including your rights under the consumer protection law of your state and the Federal Trade Commission Act.
